QuickHire began with a simple frustration: hiring was slow, opaque and full of irrelevant CVs. Companies waited weeks for shortlists, and great candidates were lost in inbox black holes.
In 2019, our founder Ravi Gupta set out to build a recruitment partner that worked like a product team — fast, data-driven and accountable to outcomes.
